Mold Transfer Program
A large manufacturer of consumer goods had an issue: they'd recently signed a contract with a large retailer and suddenly needed to find a new injection molder with enough large tonnage machines to meet their demand. With their busy season around the corner they knew that any lapse in supply could jeopardize future orders. Our team drafted a detailed plan on transferring all twelve tools. We provided the customer with constant and transparent feedback, successfully qualified the tools and ran production ahead of schedule.
Stock Closure Program
A large snack food manufacturer was looking for the right stock closure source. They were growing frustrated with slow responses to inquiries and a lack of flexibility on order changes, lead times and safety stock. Their customers expected them to be able to make quick changes in product offerings, and they needed their packaging vendors to do the same.
We were able to work with them on a supply agreement tailored to their business. The result was reduced lead times, more flexibility in order changes and quick response to any inquiries so that they could focus more on servicing their customers.
